The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is perfectly located right near the beach. Our room was spacious, with a lovely view of the ocean. The location of the Hilton in Santa Barbara is fantastic, right near the beach. The view from our room was lovely, making for great mornings. The pool area looked well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff greeted us warmly each time we interacted, adding a nice touch to our stay. However, we had some frustrations. It took 45 minutes to check in, with a long line behind us. The jacuzzi looked uninviting with algae, which was a letdown. We enjoyed food from the pool snack shack, but the wait for our poké bowl was too long. Room maintenance was lacking. we had low-quality sheets and issues with the air conditioning that didn’t cool well. Overall, nice amenities, but cleanliness and service speed need significant improvements to match the hotel's price.

We hit up Convivo Restaurant and Bar for some mouthwatering seafood, and those mahi tacos? Pure fire! Also, the poolside snack shack served a bomb poke bowl. just keep the patience in check since it took a hot minute but totally worth it! Plus, we loved our chill room with a view – our little slice of paradise!
Now, here’s the tea. The service at the front desk? Total trainwreck—took forever to check in, and housekeeping was nowhere to be found! Plus, the jacuzzi was greening out, and all we wanted was a refreshing dip. Come on, Hilton, clean it up!

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a lovely night, soaking up the serene beach vibes and stunning views. The pool area was inviting, though expect a bit of a wait at onsite dining. Try the seafood at Convivo for a delightful meal. Self-parking is convenient but be prepared for fees.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We hit up the beach right outside and enjoyed the pool area. With a packed schedule of activities, we created some unforgettable memories. Just a heads up, the parking fees are on the higher side, but self-parking is available. Definitely grab a bite at the nearby Convivo for amazing seafood!
The AC in our room wasn't working well. it was tough getting it cool enough during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a great time enjoying the spacious king room, complete with a beautiful ocean view balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filled with options. The ambiance of the dining area was also perfect for a relaxing start to my day. However, the balcony furniture was dirty and not what I expected from the photos. I would consider returning despite this minor setback.
